PET DISCLOSURE & RESPONSIBILITY: Guests traveling with a dog must disclose the dog’s breed and age prior to arrival. Aggressive dogs are not permitted. Any damage caused by a dog is the sole responsibility of the guest. Guests accept full liability for their pet and agree to be fully responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their dog, including injuries to maintenance staff, contractors, or service providers visiting the property. All related medical costs or expenses shall be the guest’s responsibility.
Heated Pool Option:
Enjoy a warm and relaxing swim with our pool heated to 85°F for just $50 per night. This option is typically needed from November through May. Please provide a 24-hour notice to have the pool heated and ready for you!
The pool heater works based on the outdoor air temperature. During colder weather or cold snaps, heating performance may be limited, and we’re unable to guarantee the pool will reach a specific temperature, such as 85°F.
Weather Policy:
If a hurricane or tropical storm watch is issued 48 hours before check-in, we may cancel your booking for safety, and Airbnb will refund per their Extenuating Circumstances Policy. This only applies when we are in a mandatory evacuation zone. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

For all direct bookings, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, and this payment is strictly non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, at which point no refunds will be issued for any portion of the booking. We encourage guests to review their travel plans carefully and consider travel insurance to protect their stay.
